I give this a 5 star rating. I suffer from terrible leg pain and knee pain. After my night shower I rub this all over my legs. My legs start to relax and pain subsides so I can sleep. I wake up less sore. Discovered this taken care of a patient and who had me rub this magnificent stuff on her legs. Normally my hands cramp when I message someone for awhile. It also helped my hands. I immediately ordered and it smells amazing. Ordering another jar now.
